We handed AI a plain-English prompt, and 12 minutes later a fully branded, 10-question redfish lure survey — with a lead-capture form, a personalized thank-you screen, and live HubSpot sync — was published to a live URL. Here's exactly how it happened.

This was one of the first real forms we built and tested the flng.ai platform with, and it held up perfectly. We wanted something non-trivial: a multi-step survey with scored questions, a conditional lead-capture gate, a discount offer, a personalized result screen, and full data routing into HubSpot. The kind of thing a marketing agency might spend a day or two building in a traditional form tool.

It took 12 minutes. Here's the prompt we used, and a full breakdown of what the AI produced.

No field list. No color hex codes. No instructions about validation logic, HubSpot property names, or scoring rules. Just a plain description of what we wanted the form to do.

What it looked like

The form opened with a branded header, a progress bar, and the first survey question rendered as tap-friendly option cards. No plain dropdowns, no walls of radio buttons.

After completing all 10 questions, respondents hit the sign-up screen: a warm, sun-toned panel offering the 10% discount on the white 3" paddletails in exchange for their contact info.

Once submitted, respondents saw a personalized thank-you screen with their computed Lure Profile, the promo code FL10RED displayed prominently, and a small paddletail illustration.

HubSpot integration: every answer, every field

Survey answers map directly to HubSpot contact properties

When a respondent submits, flng.ai pushes the full payload to HubSpot, not just the contact fields but every survey answer as its own property. q1 through q10 each land as individual HubSpot properties on the contact record, alongside first_name, last_name, email, phone, zip_code, lure_profile_label, and lure_profile_pct. That means you can segment, score, and trigger HubSpot workflows based on what lure type someone prefers, not just whether they filled out a form.

This is one of the things that makes flng.ai genuinely different from a standard form tool. The HubSpot connector maps every snake_case field name in the form directly to a HubSpot contact property of the same name. You set up the properties once in HubSpot, and flng.ai handles the rest. No Zapier, no middleware, no webhook wrangling.

The scoring engine

One thing that didn't require any extra prompting: the survey automatically computed a Lure Profile score for every respondent. Each answer option carries a hidden score value. When the form submits, the platform totals those scores, calculates a percentage of the maximum possible, and assigns one of four profile types:

The profile label and percentage both route to HubSpot as their own properties, making it trivially easy to segment the list by angler type for future campaigns.


Why this was the right first test

We could have started with a simple contact form. Instead we chose something with real complexity: scored questions, conditional flow, a lead gate, a personalized result, and CRM integration. That's the scenario where traditional form tools break down or require hours of configuration.
