How Insure AMS collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Fling.
This Privacy Policy describes how Insure AMS ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use Fling ("the Service") at flng.ai.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the Service.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we also collect billing information through our third-party payment processor.
When you upload HTML files to the Service, we process and store that content to enable publishing. We store submissions collected through forms and surveys you publish, which may include personal data submitted by your end users (form respondents).
We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, form publish events, and other activity logs. This helps us improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.
If you connect a HubSpot account, we access your HubSpot CRM contact properties and write submission data to your HubSpot account as directed by your field mapping configuration. We request only the scopes required for this functionality: contact read and write.

As a customer of Fling, you are the data controller for any personal data collected through the forms and surveys you publish. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for collecting that data, providing appropriate privacy notices to your end users, and complying with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and others that may apply to your jurisdiction or audience.
We act as a data processor on your behalf for submission data. We store submissions for the duration of your account and delete them upon account termination unless you export them first.
We retain your account information and form submission data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons. You can export your submission data at any time from your account dashboard before closing.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is transmitted over SSL/TLS. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
While we take security seriously, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
